Phase 1 Calm, Repair and Reduce Inflammation, Week 1-2
Client Prep & Skin Assessment

Use shallow depth (0.25–0.5 mm) to avoid inflammation. Avoid inflammation — deeper needling worsens pigment
Apply Zena Redless or Hyalchol Cocktail to calm redness, strengthen vessels, and reduce vascular melasma signaling.

Phase 2 Tyrosinase Suppression and Melanin Control, Week 3-6
Microneedle using Zena Pro Whitening+ to suppress tyrosinase and reduce melanin production.
Apply MC Cosmetics Exosome TRX for pigment suppression or Exosome PDRN for regeneration; infuse via dermapen at 0.25–0.5 mm.

Phase 3 Vascular Melasma Control (VEGF Pathway)

Vascular Strengthening using Zena Hyalchol Cocktail Strengthens blood vessels, reduces swelling, improves microcirculation

Anti‑Redness / Vascular Drainage  using Zena Redless Strong anti‑inflammatory + vascular sealing

Vascular Pigment Control using MC Cosmetics Exosome TRX 1500UI Tranexamic Acid + Niacinamide — reduces pigmentation + vascular redness

Phase 4 Controlled Exfoliation (If Indicated)

Melasma requires gentle, controlled exfoliation — not aggressive peels. Perform a gentle peel such as Zena Mandelic 15% or MAZ 20 only when skin is stable and inflammation is controlled.

Ideal for melasma, photoaging, irregular pigmentation

Option B — Zena MAZ 20 (Mandelic + Azelaic)
Perfect for sensitive, rosacea‑linked melasma

Option C — Zena Lactic 30% (Dry, dehydrated melasma)
Gentle, hydrating, brightening

Option D — Zena Natural Pro‑Retinol Peel
Non‑acid peel, reduces hyperpigmentation, anti‑inflammatory

LED Therapy & Recovery - Use after peels, microneedling or Mesotherapy procedures

Use yellow LED for vascular melasma or red LED for inflammation; finish with Zena HYAL HMW/LMW for hydration and Zena Sunblock SPF 50. Post‑procedure protection, prevents melasma recurrence
