Refund policy
At MasksnMore, we prioritize delivering excellence in beauty equipment and supplies to our esteemed customers. We understand that situations may arise where you need to return a product, and we aim to facilitate a seamless and equitable process for all return requests.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to report factory faults.
A standard 20 % admin return and restocking fee will apply on all items. This covers inspection, re-packaging, and depreciation of returned merchandise.
Equipment
Equipment parts are supplied, and granted if a factory fault is proven. Devices that worked and later failed must be checked by a technician and accounted/arranged for by the purchaser. No warranty granted on power malfunctions and broken items.
Please make sure you have an insurance and UPS installed over equipment and devices. Power surge damages are not covered:
- Buzzing noises coming from outlets or lights.
- Flickering or dimming lights.
- Busted wires.
- Discoloration or burnt areas surrounding outlets or wires.
- Warm, vibrating, or smoky outlets.
- A burning smell or an unusual, sharp odor near outlets.
Proof of surge protection needed.
Equipment must be tested on receipt, and faults reported immediately for returns (within 7 days) A standard collection fee applies R350/ or own courier used.
Parts and repairs are for buyers account. We can offer a local repair service. Call out diagnostic fees in Johannesburg is from R650.
Strictly No return on 'change of mind' return reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that do not pass the inspection, will be charged a 20% return fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@masksnmore.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Second-Hand and Demo Equipment
No return of demo and 2nd hand goods because it was defective or not suitable for the purpose if:
- the consumer was made aware of the defects, and
- the consumer agreed to receive the goods in that condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48hrs) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No returns will be accepted if the item was not inspected upon arrival and reported immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Credit Vouchers
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the Credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a credit voucher, less 15% for handling/admin fees.
