HOW TO USE

Prime pen before first use
Standard/maintenance dose per injection: 50 mg (widely recommended starting/maintenance range)
Clicks per dose: 12 clicks (50 ÷ 4.17 ≈ 12)
Higher/performance dose: 75–100 mg (intensive recovery or cellular loading studies) - 75 mg: ≈ 18 clicks (75 ÷ 4.17 ≈ 18) - 100 mg: ≈ 24 clicks (100 ÷ 4.17 ≈ 24)
Frequency: Loading phase (first 1–2 weeks): Daily or 5–7×/week at 50 mg. Maintenance: 2–3 times per week or every other day
Timing: Morning or pre-activity for energy/performance studies; evening for recovery/sleep quality research
Cycle length: 4–12 weeks on (often 30–90 days for cellular/metabolic studies), followed by 4 weeks off

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
